Maltese
The Maltese is a hardy little companion dog with a luxurious silky white coat hanging straight to the ground on each side of a center part line. The coat is single, with no undercoat, and should not be wavy, curly or kinky. It should be made of shiny, thick, heavy hair which is about 8½ inches (22cm.) long. The color is pure white, although light ivory is acceptable. The long pendant ears and tail are thickly covered with hair and the tail drapes over the back. The eyes are dark, round, large and deep with dark rims. The muzzle tapers slightly and should be one-third the length of the total head.

Manchester Terrier
There are two varieties of the Manchester Terrier: Toy and Standard. Originally called the Black & Tan Terrier, the Manchester Terrier is a small, compact, agile dog with a long tapering head. The ears are v-shaped, and may be naturally folded over, pricked up, or cropped (in the toy variety, the ears must be naturally erect). The small dark eyes are almond-shaped. The nose is black.

Mastiff
The Old English Mastiff is one of the heaviest breeds; a male Mastiff can exceed 200 pounds. This dog is very massive, powerful and muscular. The head is heavy and square with a short muzzle. There is a black mask around the eyes and nose no matter what the general coat color. The eyes are small, dark, and hazel. The small ears should also be dark-colored. The teeth should meet in a scissors or slightly undershot bite. The tail is set quite high, tapers to the tip, and reaches to the hocks. The short coat comes in golden fawn, light fawn, brindle, silver, tiger, and apricot and is easy to groom.

Miniature Pinscher
The Miniature Pinscher is a small, compact, muscular, sleek dog with square proportions and well-chiseled lines. The topline is either level or sloping slightly towards the rear. The front legs are straight and the dewclaws removed. The feet are small and catlike. The muzzle is strong and in good proportion to the rest of the dog. The teeth should meet in a scissors bite. The dark bright eyes are oval. Cropping the ears is optional, but the tail is always docked.
